New Home.

Check me out, I up and moved.

This is my New Home.

Thursday, April 20, 2006

I have recently been turned on to Bram's photo blog and it has inspired me to start documenting my days. It is super fun to be able to look back at what you did in a day, and all of the greatness that happens around you. So thank you Bram, and yes I am biting your idea.
So here are some true joys from my last two days. But just a few because Xanga only gives me ten photos a month.

Morning pushes are great.

This game of S.K.A.T.E. on the "bank out front may go down as the worst game in history.

Timebomb sent us a sweet package.

Carmen's thoughts on all of these pictures.

Oh yeah I forgot to say how great the new Fiery Furnaces CD is. It is.

Today I was crazy tired at work. So I left the shop in the afternoon to take a nap before going to the restaurant (thanks Mike and Joey).

This was on my bed when I woke up from my nap (thanks Carmen).

Wow, it seems like everyone is looking out for ol'Nathan.

So I really do suck at sleeping.

This is what my clock said five minutes ago.

Sometimes I get ideas in my head and I just keeping thinking and dreaming about them. And not dreaming in the awesome sleepy-time sense, but dreaming in the never get to sleep sense.

All this does not bode well with the fact that I need to work both jobs tomorrow. At least I am having good ideas.

Check out Bram's photo site thingy. I blame him for my lack of sleep tonight.

More Stoke.

So, I haven't been on here for a long time, but that is because computer time is slowly declining on my list of priorities. This is a good thing, because important things are rising.

So I decided to go about this the easy way and tell you all about things that stoke me out again.

-Not having a vehicle. I really liked having a vehicle too. It was great to be able to get out of town and into the bushes, but there is something liberating about being without it. I think that it would be great to be able to live life without one of those millstones around your neck. However if I am to end up in the Kootenays I think that I will need one in order to continue exploring this wonderous land.

-Cat. She is a friend of mine. I am sorry that it has taken so long to answer your questions Cat.

-The ramp that is twenty feet from me right now. Especially when Matt is in there with me. And extra especially when we both learn a handful of tricks each session. But it is still fun when I suck on it too.

-This Easter. I didn't get any candy. There are a lot of people that actually buy gifts for Easter. I think this is bunk. I am so hyped on it this year, because I really thought about the true meaning of it a lot. Thank you Jesus.

-My dad. He is so generous and caring. He is sick right now and he has to travel a tonne for his job, so I feel for him. He is truly a great man and I don't care if people compare me to him, because I love him.

-My sister. When ever people ask about how she is doing they are shocked by what she is accomplishing. She is honestly one of my all time heroes. I would like to be half as dedicated as she is.

-My mom. Annalee is a picture of selflessness. And this is not new, she has been ever since I have known her. Looking back on the ways she handled Sarah and I is a way better parenting tool than any book.

-I guess I could have said "my family."

-Carmen, she is teaching me new things daily. I am learning to slow down and be patient, thank you Carmen. Oh yeah I lied on that Easter one, she gave me some of her candy.

-I saw an Eagle. It was gone before my camera got out, which is probably good, because now my memory can make it as amazing as I want it to be. It was in the tree that I always hope an eagle will be in.

-Seeing Britney's tiny (as in 4lbs) white dog covered in blood, with a pink ribbon in her hair. I really wanted to laugh, but Britney didn't seem to find it funny. I think I may be finally learning about tact.

-People with good senses of humour.

-And now for some documentation of stoke.

It is nice to get down to bare feet.

This lovely lady makes me smile.

True enjoyment of life.

Love Nathan
